We have just completed a data center migration that has moved our EU (i.e., .co.uk, .fr, .de) hosts into a new data center. Our monitoring indicates that some EU requests are still using our old DNS entries and are being routed to the old data center.

Depending on the configuration of your local DNS cache or that of your ISP you may experience degraded or error responses from your ECS requests.

In some cases this will rectify itself once your DNS cache is refreshed. If this issue continues then you should contact your DNS admin and ensure that the DNS entries for webservices.amazon.co.uk, webservices.amazon.fr and webservices.amazon.de have been refreshed since 10pm PST on March 24th 2006.
