Description:

This AMI contains 32-bit OpenSolaris 2008.05 with packages updated to build 91, Jboss 4.2.3 App Server, JDK 1.5/1.6, Mysql 5.0 and Apache 2.2.

The installation location is /opt/jboss-4.2.3.GA. The Jboss instance is automatically started once the image is up and running. To shutdown the jboss you can execute '/opt/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/shutdown.sh'. To start the jboss you can execute '/opt/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/run.sh'.

OpenSolaris 2008.05 distribution is based on the new packaging system introduced by OpenSolaris project called Image packaging system (IPS). Developers can download additional software from repository. The root filesystem is ZFS in this AMI.
