This information is supplemented by the efforts of a passionate global community of users who are working together to add structured information on everything from philosophy to European railway

Can i use this in EU

I'm struggling to create a vol from this snapshot in the EU... is it not available in EU??
Sorry... ii posted this whilst looking at the FreeBase snapshot page... but i don't seem to be able to launch any of the public snaps in an EU zone?!?!?

I've got the same problem. I am trying to create an EBS from this public dataset to do some performance tests with my Elastic MapReduce instances, maybe someone could tell me if and when this service will be available for EU zone or if I can find at least some performance reports with this configuration ?

No. It is a US region snapshot. You'd need someone to snaphot in in EU. You should grab fresh data direct from
