We are currently experiencing an Amazon-wide DNS problem that may be impacting the ability of some Amazon S3 users to reach S3. We are actively working on this and will post updates to this thread. Thanks for your patience.
Thanks,
Kathrin

I've been impacted a bit on March 2.
And I am still waiting for your DNS server to return
several
ips...
That is
very important
for high availability and it is causing me some problems.
The problems comes from the fact that I sometimes can't connect to the IP returned. This is not an S3 problem. It is a network problem that comes and go. Without a second IP, I can't try to connect to another server and I am stuck.
I am stuck until I can connect again to the given ip, or when TTL expires, I fetch the Resource record again, and hopefully I get another ip (but I could be the same).
I hope that this is for you a
top
priority.
